aqjl Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aqjl platform (available at aqjl.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together constitute the full agreement between you and aqjl.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the aqjl platform. Your continued use of aqjl after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. aqjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify members of material changes via the platform or email.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on aqjl. This is a strict requirement and aqjl actively enforces age verification. If we have reason to believe you are under the legal gambling age, your account will be suspended immediately and any deposits held pending age verification documents. Winnings accumulated during any period of underage use will be voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

aqjl's services are primarily directed at players in the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using aqjl is lawful in your specific location. aqjl does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one aqjl account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or fabricated information — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering on aqjl, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are acting on your own behalf, and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Your aqjl Account

3.1 Registration Accuracy

When you register on aqjl, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Any information provided that is false, misleading, or incomplete may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

aqjl is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of its members. We may request identity documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Documents accepted include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aqjl username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. aqjl will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact aqjl support immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to protect your credentials.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity. aqjl may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 against the remaining balance of inactive accounts after providing 30 days' advance notice. Accounts with zero balance may be closed after extended inactivity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aqjl accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on aqjl are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account verification tier and current aqjl limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are processed within 1 hour during standard banking hours. aqjl does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees from your e-wallet or bank provider may apply and are outside aqjl's control.

4.4 Same-Method Policy

aqjl requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact aqjl support with appropriate documentation to arrange an alternative.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by aqjl are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms attached to each offer. These conditions are stated on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is claimed. General Terms that apply to all aqjl bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, and device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• aqjl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent, coordinated, or abusive activity will be voided along with any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) specifies how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked. 5.3 Welcome Bonus

New aqjl members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the current welcome bonus offer. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonus balances and winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All automated games on aqjl — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. These systems are independently audited on a regular basis to ensure statistical fairness. Live dealer games use physical dealing and rolling processes visible on camera, with the stream provided by certified gaming studios.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption during a game round, aqjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player's account. 6.3 Confirmed Bets Are Final

Once a bet is confirmed on aqjl, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed by the player. This applies to all game types including sports betting, live casino, and slot rounds. If you accidentally place a bet at the wrong stake level, aqjl cannot reverse it after confirmation.

6.4 Bet Limits

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aqjl and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or algorithms to automate betting decisions or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means
• Using aqjl for money laundering or any other activity intended to disguise the origin of funds
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain advantage

• Sharing your account access with any third party

9. Privacy and Data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aqjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials, or your reliance on information provided on the platform.

aqjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your aqjl account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

aqjl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or external factors including internet service disruptions may affect platform access. aqjl will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned maintenance in advance.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by aqjl

aqjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your aqjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be cleared and your remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether by aqjl or initiated by you — your access to the platform will end immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law) will continue to apply after your account is closed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

aqjl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform (such as a notification on login) or by email to your registered address, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice for significant changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using aqjl and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to aqjl's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the aqjl platform shall first be addressed through aqjl's internal dispute resolution process.
